Tish is twenty years into a successful career as a Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner and Talent Acquisition expert. After spending the majority of her career in the financial services industry, she decided to transition to the Consumer Packaged Goods industry to diversify her experience and for the opportunity to build a best-in-class campus recruitment function.
After five successful years, she transitioned to Tiffany & Co. to serve as the Director of Recruiting Initiatives and Diversity Outreach. In this hybrid role, she was responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the enterprise to identify, hire and retain talent at all levels, developing the recruitment strategy for the Tiffany Academy for Excellence and Diversity in Retail Leadership program (an 18-month leadership program) and developing the diversity and inclusion employee engagement strategy.
Currently, Tish serves as Second Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, at Travelers.
Over the past eighteen years, Tish has developed an in-depth knowledge of all forms of recruitment which includes but isn’t limited to early-career, mid-level, and executive level. While she is a talent acquisition expert, she has amassed an impressive amount of experience developing diversity and inclusion strategies and solutions to assist leaders in meeting their business and human capital goals.
Tish dedicates her life to serving the community and developing the next generation of leaders. She has coached and advised several individuals to secure executive level opportunities, undergraduate and graduate school admissions and college scholarships.
Tish is a third generation New Yorker. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Claflin University and Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
Tish is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Bergen-Passaic Chapter.
